Function Description

The balance shaft assembly serves as the core component of the automotive balance suspension system. It works like a seesaw: the balance shaft bracket is fixed to the chassis frame, the balance shaft housing rotates around the bracket, and the leaf spring is fixed to the housing. When one side of the axle rises due to road bumps, the balance shaft housing rotates, causing the other side to move down synchronously. This allows both drive axles to maintain contact with the ground for better traction and distributes load evenly between tandem axles.
