The WG9719230023 Clutch Master Cylinder is an OEM-quality hydraulic clutch control component designed for SINOTRUK HOWO series and HOWO A7 heavy-duty trucks. This clutch master cylinder converts the force applied to the clutch pedal into hydraulic pressure, which is transmitted through the hydraulic line to the clutch slave cylinder, engaging and disengaging the clutch for smooth gear shifting.

Key points to note during installation:

  1. When removing the old master cylinder, protect the pipe threads and flare fittings, and keep the lines clean
  2. When installing the new master cylinder, ensure the push rod is coaxial with the piston bore
  3. After replacement, completely drain the old brake fluid before adding new fluid
  4. After filling with brake fluid, depress the clutch pedal about 2/3 of its travel and repeat until fluid flows from the outlet port
  5. After connecting the hydraulic line, bleed the system at the bleeder screws on both the master and slave cylinders until no air bubbles emerge
  6. Adjust the clearance between the release push rod and the release fork, and top up the brake fluid to the proper level
  7. DOT3 or manufacturer-approved brake fluid is recommended
