Port logistics encompasses not only loading and unloading but also short-distance reshipment. We have established close collaborations with FAW Jiefang, Sinotruk, and Volvo Trucks to supply heavy-duty tractors and dump trucks for ports. These vehicles, loaded with cargo, shuttle back and forth between the dock apron and the backyard. Domestic trucks, with their excellent cost-performance ratio and comprehensive after-sales service network, have become the backbone of port fleets; whereas imported trucks, with their superior comfort and low failure rate, handle long-distance collection and distribution tasks. In the maintenance of port roads, road rollers and graders play a pivotal role. Due to the frequent passage of heavy-duty vehicles in ports, the road surface is prone to damage. Port operations are typically round-the-clock, and any downtime due to equipment malfunction can result in significant economic losses. Leveraging our robust spare parts inventory, whether it's a piston for a Weichai engine or a gear for a Caterpillar transmission, they can be delivered to the site within hours. We have established strategic reserve agreements with multiple engine and transmission manufacturers, ensuring that commonly used and vulnerable parts have 'zero inventory' backlog, yet can be supplied 'instantly'.

In addition, the construction of green ports is also an important direction for supply chain integration. We vigorously promote the application of electric loaders and electric heavy-duty trucks in ports. These new energy equipment have zero emissions and low noise, making them very suitable for operations in densely populated urban ports. By integrating the resources of battery manufacturers and charging facility operators, we have designed 'vehicle-battery separation' and 'battery swapping mode' for ports, solving the problem of range anxiety for electric vehicles and enabling green logistics to truly take root in ports.
